it's a boy!

I just want to wish a heartfelt Congratulations to Elizabeth & Mark on the birth of their first child, Vaughn William. Enjoy him (even when he is unhappy and you are tired), love him, and give him lots of hugs and smooches. They grow way too fast. Oh, and take lots of pictures too!

Meet Riley, my newest niece. She was a little over 2 weeks old here and just so precious. I am loving all these newborns and I just want to gobble them up!

I think Riley looks just like her momma in this first picture.

Meet Brooklynn, aka Miss B. Miss B is about the sweetest little thing I have ever laid my eyes upon. She was just perfect and what a little beauty, just like her mama and grandma. Miss B's got some good genes. Mark is a lucky guy! I left the session with an fluttering heart and an aching uterus. Hello Baby Fever!

proud big brother kaidin

Handsome little Kaidin is the big brother of the twins I shared yesterday. He was, hands down, the easiest toddler I have ever photographed. So much personality. He was a natural behind the camera, not to mention adorable! Not only was he a great model, he was a great helper too. He was so interested in all my gear and insisted on helping me carry it in and out of the house. Thanks Kaidin!







These blog-collage things (above) are new and I am not loving them yet. I think it is probably user error, so in the meantime I am going to post some individual shots of Mr. K so everyone can see them better.

baby love times two

Meet Miya and Bode, the highly anticipated twins that I felt lucky to photograph. They were about 4 weeks old here and I was chomping at the bit to point my lens at them from the day their awesome mom booked this session. I was super excited to photograph twins and the fact that they were boy/girl twins was icing on the cake! Love!!

Yes, you are seeing this post correctly. I had yet another maternity session. Four in a row (all first timers) and all 4 of these women were simply G-O-R-G-E-O-U-S!

This is Elizabeth & her hubby Mark. Their session was at the beach, down in Carlsbad at the family's fabulous beach house. Elizabeth & Mark are a such a fun & stylish couple, not to mention good looking too. You could see and feel the love between them. They are expecting a baby boy in July and I am so excited for them. Boys rock!
